Yes. All LUSTRE® devices bought on lustreskin.ch come with a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery, in line with Swiss law. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It is a bring-in warranty: please contact us at info@lustreskin.ch before returning a device.

Unopened products with an intact seal can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please let us know by email at info@lustreskin.ch before sending anything back; we will send you a return slip to enclose with the shipment.
Once we have received and checked the goods, we refund the purchase price of the returned products to the payment method you used.
We recommend insuring the shipment adequately. Please keep your proof of posting and tracking information until your refund has been processed.
Please take reasonable care of the products while they are with you. If their value is reduced through improper handling, we may claim the cost of that from you.
